Community Manager


  • Manage inbound communication from the community and ensuring messages are given responses, shared with the appropriate person in organization
  • Work with product, engineering, and research teams to ensure product capabilities are well explained in outward facing documentation
  • Generally assist with community support operations. This may include but is not limited to hiring, implementing bounty programs, opening physical support locations, attending events and conferences
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging narratives across different channels - matching the message to the mediums
  • Assist with external communications for social media, events, and community updates
  • Delivering important feedback from the community to the operations and product teams
  • Stay up-to-date with blockchain technology, news and trends in crypto community


  • 2-4 years of experience managing online communities
  • Well-read and passionate about cryptocurrencies with a passion for continued learning
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of providing excellent support, even to those ones might find difficult to work with
  • Goal-oriented, creative and thrive under pressure
